Responsibilities:
The Loudspeaker Systems Engineer is responsible for developing specific product ranges of high quality loudspeakers from concept through to production for some of the worlds leading high end brands.
He or she should posses the following core competencies:
1.Design and specification of loudspeakers systems
2.Problem solving and product trouble shooting
3.Help to manage the development of loudspeaker systems with inter-disciplinary team work approach
4.Project related task management of supporting engineers
5.Preference to interface between Tymphany and customers
6.Preference for a fluency in English
A central objective is to achieve long term customer loyalty through exceptional product development and to ensure a long-term business relationship by being efficient, technically competent, and responsive.
岗位要求：
1.大专或以上学历，电子/机械/电声类专业；
2.熟悉电声基础理论，对电子、结构有一定的认识；
3.熟悉扬声器系统的设计（各种箱体类型、被动好电子分频器）；
4.有良好的电声模拟技术,如有限元的分析；
5.有OEM汽车喇叭经验优先；
6.用PSPICE或其他工具对喇叭进行电声查模拟；
7.能协助导入新产品
8.优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
9.特别训练：参加过电声技能培训更佳（南大培训班、电声技师等）
10.丰富的同行工作经验.
11其他能力：对专业英语有良好的了解和阅读能力，能快速阅读英文资料及邮件
