Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for customer 0km complaint
2. Responsible for customer warranty returns.
3. Responsible for outsourced service development and management.
4. Responsible for process & product quality control.
5. Responsible for customer quality audit.
6. Responsible for on time PPAP package submission.
7. Responsible for initiating safe launch activities plan and monitor the execution.
8. Compliance to TS16949 and customer requirements.
9. Compliance to Harman BMS
10. Continuous improvement activities
11. Lead cross functional team on Customer Complains
12. Lead internal PSO document review and audit execution.
13. Perform additional assignment assign by his/her supervisor
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in electrical engineering
2. Five years quality working experience in automotive/electronics industries.
3. Must have good skills and experience about problem solving.
4. Have a thorough understanding of statistical methods, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and automotive quality management systems.
5. Experience obtained working in automotive industry.
6. Direct experience with handling the customer complains is highly desirable.
7. Good presentation and communication skill.
8. Proficient in both oral and written English.
9. Travel required
