Responsibilities:
The  Principle  Audio  Transducer  Engineer  is  responsible  for  design,  research  and  development  of  new  transducers  from  3/4“  to  18”,  tweeters  and  compression  drivers  from  concept  through  to  production. 
A  successful  candidate  must  be  able  to  understand  the  principles  of  transducer  design  and  optimization.  You  should  have  good  working  knowledge  of  power  test  standards  and  design  methods  of  failure  prevention.
You  must  have  a  “hands  on”  approach  to  transducer  development  with  a  “get  it  done”  attitude.  You  have  a  reputation  for  getting  projects  completed  on  schedule  and  on  budget,  while  using  advanced  design  techniques  using  FEA  to  optimize  transducer  performance.  You  have  the  experience  in  mentoring  and  coaching  young  transducer  engineers  to  reach  their  potential  in  transducer  design. 
A  proven  history  of  working  with  production  to  develop  production  techniques  unique  to  professional  audio  transducers  would  be  beneficial.

4.能够独立完成工作；
5.熟练运用3D绘图软件，Solidworks以及Pro-E；
6.有测量测试方面的工作经验；
7.熟悉制造方法及品质管控；
8.中英文熟练交流；
9.优秀的团队合作；
