We  are  looking  to  hire  an  experienced  Quality  Assurance  Manager  to  develop  and  improve  quality  procedures  and  system,  monitor  the  quality  control  activities  in  full  stack  with  the  objective  of  achieving  business  success  as  well  as  new  product  development  requirements  within  the  quality  system  and  global  policies,  procedures,  and  guidelines.

As  a  Quality  Assurance  Manager,  you  will  mainly  be  responsible  for  the  following:

-   Develop  and  implement  department  budget  and  plan,  allocate  department  target  to  subordinates,  monitor  their  performance  and  the  achievement  of  the  budget  to  achieve  targeted  department  performance.

-   Allocate  and  balance  work  across  direct  reports,  review  and  provide  timely  performance  feedback  to  direct  reports,  mentor,  develop  and  motivate  them；  and  help  resolve  people/functional  issues  in  the  team  to  achieve  targeted  department  performance。 
分配和平衡直接下属的工作，审查和提供及时的绩效反馈给直接下属，指导、发展和激励他们；帮助解决团队中的人员/职能问题，以实现目标部门绩效。

- Set  up  and  monitor  the  implementation  of  the  quality  policies,  oversee  effectiveness  of  quality  system；  Visit  key  suppliers  and  drive  their  quality  performance  improvement；  resolve  key  customers’  complaints,  review  factory  quality  performance,  and  set  up  process  quality  improvement  plan  and  monitor  the  implementation  to  improve  factory  and  suppliers’  quality  performance.
建立并监督质量方针的实施，监督质量体系的有效性；  拜访关键供应商，推动其质量绩效改进；  解决重点客户投诉，审核工厂质量绩效，制定过程质量改进计划并监督实施，以提高工厂和供应商的质量绩效。

- Supervise  the  implementation  of  quality  control  for  supplier’s  full  stack  quality  management  from  incoming  to  in-process  to  final  production  and  outgoing  quality,  initiate  frequent  quality  check；  participate  Material  Review  Board  meeting；  provide  professional  advice；  and  coordinate  key  quality  issues  with  related  departments  to  ensure  product  quality  and  regulatory  requirements  are  met.   
监督供应商从进料到制程到最终生产和出厂的全程质量管理的质量控制，发起经常性的质量检查；  参加材料评审委员会会议；  提供专业意见；    与相关部门协调关键质量问题，确保产品质量和法规要求得到满足。

- Implement  quality  tools  such  as  FMEA,  CP,  MSA,  SPC,  PPAP  to  promote  preventive  quality  management  and  effective  quality  process  control.  Work  with  supplier  management  team  to  ensure  quality  requirement  is  cascade  down  to  supplier  chain  and  drive  continual  supplier  quality  performance  improvement.

- Facilitate  problem  solving  of  external  and  internal  quality  issue  with  real  root  cause  identification  and  robust  corrective  and  preventive  action  eｘecution.
促进外部和内部质量问题的解决，找出真正的根本原因，执行有效的纠正和预防措施。

- Training  quality  team  on  full  stack  quality  assurance  and  providing  technical  support  where  needed.  Build  a  strong  quality  team  capable  of  supporting  operation  strategies  through  coaching,  mentoring,  performance  review  and  management.
培训公司品质人员，执行全程品质保证，并提供必要的技术支持。  通过培训、指导、绩效评估和管理，建立一支能够支持运营策略的高素质团队。

- Participate  in  NPD  review,  manage  all  quality  activities  during  new  product  development  to  ensure  defect  free  launch.
参与新产品开发评审，管理新产品开发过程中的所有质量活动，确保产品无缺陷上市。

- Preparing  Quality  Reports  for  management.  Ensuring  all  quality  tests  and  procedures  meet  company  and  industry  standards.
为管理层准备品质报告。确保所有品质测试和程序符合公司和行业标准。

- Bachelor’s  degree  in  engineering,  computer  science,  or  computer  engineering  （degree  is  not  a  must  but  preferred）
工程、计算机科学或计算机工程专业本科以上学历（  学位不要求，但优先考虑）
- Previous  work  experience  as  a  Quality  Assurance  Manager  or  equivalent  in  the  audio  speaker  industry  for  at  least  5  years 
在音频扬声器行业有至少五年的品质保证经理或同等工作职位的行业经验
- Very  familiar  with  IS9001  QMS,  QC  7  methods,  8D,  PDCA,  IATF16949
