Desired  Experience  and  Skills: 
1，  Degree  in  Business  or  engineering  or  related  disciplines, 
2，  Fluent  in  written  and  spoken  English  and  Mandarin,
3，  3-4  years  working  experience  in  related  field.  Prefer  in  Audio  video  product,
4，  Understand  well  in  New  Product  Introduction  process  and  implementation,
5，  Strong  leadership,  interpersonal  &  communication  skills,
6，  Able  to  work  under  pressure  to  meet  frequent  deadlines,  work  independently  with  minimize  supervision,
7，  Open  minded  thinking,  hard  working,  initiative,
8，  Fully  computer  literate  including  Microsoft  Project  software,
9，  Perform  self-check,  good  problem  solving,  good  decision  maker,
10，  Active  communication  with  customer,
11，  Able  manage  and  lead  a  highly  skilled  cross  functional  team.
