Position:  Supply  Chain  Analyst
Job  requirements:
?  Minimum  4  years  of  consumer  electronics  experience
?  Knowledge  in  SAP  and  experience  in  order  processing  is  preferable
?  Good  command  of  spoken  &  written  English,  Mandarin
?  Strong  analytical  skills
?  Good  PC  skills,  e.g.  MS  Word,  Excel,  Internet,  Chinese  Typing,  Outlook
?  Target-oriented,  aggressive,  willing  to  work  under  pressure,  independent  and  well-organized
?  Bachelors  in  business  or  manufacturing  related  field
?  Flexibility  to  travel  regularly  to  supplier  locations
?  Operations  /  supply  chain  management  experience

Primary  Duties
?  Confirm  PO  receipt  and  monitor  XF  date  with  factory
?  Monitoring  and  tracking  key  milestones  for  all  PO’s
?  Updating  delivery  date  into  SAP
?  Handling  and  record  all  shipping  documents
?  Tracking  shipment  ETD  and  ETA  date
?  Coordinate  internally  to  overcome  challenges

Role/Responsibilities
?  Daily  communication  internally  and  with  vendors  to  ensure  timely  delivery  of  all  PO’s
?  Providing  accurate  and  timely  information  regarding  all  orders  and  deliveries  to  ensure  company  and  team  are  aware  of  status  of  all  orders
?  Review  planned  volume  against  factory  capacity  and  previous  performance  to  determine  optimal  seasonal  volume.
?  Work  proactively  to  ensure  Skullcandy  team  and  management  are  aware  of  any  delivery  challenges  or  status  changes.
?  Delivery  performance  measurement  of  vendors  to  support  Vendor  Scorecard  delivery  KPI.
?  Frequently  measure  supplier  performance  through  surveys  of  internal  customers  and  reporting  on  metrics/trends  as  well  as  on-site  verification  visits.
?  Perform  on-site  assessments  of  vendor  production  performance  when  needed.
