岗位职责:
This lab is used as the absolute reference for acoustics performance for Tymphany globally, so it is imperative for the engineer to help it attain and maintain the highest possible standards.
The candidate will be in charge of the technical operations of the Acoustics R&D Test & Measurement Laboratory.
-Maintenance of existing test systems；
-Setup of new advanced test systems；
-Creation and maintenance of technical documentation；
-Creation, maintenance, and enforcement of lab and testing procedures；
-Evaluation and interpretation of test results； and training of lab staff.
实验室将用作Tymphany在全球范围内的声学研发、声学性能的绝对参考，实验室声学测试工程师需要帮助其实现并保持尽可能高的标准

任职资格:
-Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering （or similar）.
-Basic working knowledge of acoustical, electrical, and mechanical principles.
-1-3 years experience working in an electroacoustic or audio related field.Fresh can be accepted.
-Responds well to challenges and able to devise creative solutions.
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
-Organized and proactive.
-Advanced knowledge of computer systems and MS Office software suite.
-Understanding of basic statistics and data manipulation principles and tools （i.e. MATLAB）.

Desired Skills
-Advanced knowledge of acoustic, electrical, and mechanical test methods/systems.
-Experience using at least some of the following test systems: Klippel, Soundcheck, AP （Audio Precision）, MLSSA.
-Experience using CAD programs like AutoCAD or Solidworks.
-Advanced knowledge of statistics, data manipulation, and reporting principles and tools （i.e. GR&R, MATLAB, etc.）.
