职位描述:从产品开发阶段到批量生产,管理电气/电子产品项目,确保产品可靠  –  满足一致的质量要求（现场和办公室）

与工厂的开发；技术部门合作,满足我们对产品测试，功能和工艺标准的要求。
? 全力支持从初始样品到交付给客户的电气产品采购流程,并协助解决在开发、生产或产品交付过程中可能出现的任何问题。
? 评估来自供应商的产品样品,以确保电子设计（架构、PCB  布局、组件选择和数据表审查）适合用途、可靠和可接受的质量.  产如蓝牙音箱、电源、耳机等类似消费类电子产品。
? 利用初始产品样品评审中的知识做出决策,就任何关注领域进行反馈,并协助入围用于大规模生产产品的供应商
? 在供应商入围名单后,进行现场供应商审核/评估,以确保供应商有能力以可靠、安全、一致的方式制造产品,满足设计和质量期望。
? 审查、开发和改进进货、出货和可靠性测试/检验规约（用于产品验证和质量控制检验）,以确保产品在产品装运前经过全面测试
? ,确保生产过程中不会出现任何问题。当出现问题时,与供应商合作解决任何问题,并在必要时与项目团队沟通
? 与现场供应商合作,消除在开发、生产或客户退货过程中发现的任何电气问题。消除问题可能需要深入地查找电气故障,并向供应商解释您的发现,。
? 确保确保可靠健全的质量控制在出厂时检查出口,确保生产结束时不会出现任何问题
? 在生产前和大规模生产期间监督、监控和进行持续的质量控制检查,以确保生产的所有产品均符合可接受的质量
? 进行面对面的会面,有或没有香港团队的支持。
? 与任何第三方测试实验室合作（与供应商一起合作）,确保所有产品完全符合相关标准  –  根据需要审核测试报告。如果存在问题,请与供应商和第三方实验室一起解决这些问题。
? 支持和培训  BA  QC  团队在生产期间进行检查。  与工厂管理审查缺陷,发现缺陷的识别根源 

岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，专业知识扎实,  英文CET-4及以上；
2、拥有电子产品从产品开发到批量生产方面丰富的经验
3.  在产品开发阶段作生产前评估、调试和识别问题
4.  制定出检规范,保证所生产物品的出货质量
5.  动手解决问题的方法,并与供应商合作,快速找出根本原因,并采取措施防止再次发生。
6.  电子知识,熟悉相关的EN电气标准
7.  能够理解电子原理图、PCB布局,并具备调试、识别和解决组件和设计层面问题的经验。
8.  电子（最少5年）+项目管理经验和良好的内部和外部沟通能力

Job  Duties:
To  fully  support  the  process  of  product  sourcing  of  electrical  items  from  initial  samples  right  through  to  delivery  to  the  customer  and  assist  in  resolving  any  issues  that  may  arise  either  during  development,  production  or  after  product  delivery.

                Work  to  evaluate  product  samples  sourced  from  suppliers  to  ensure  that  the  electronic  design  （Schematic,  PCB  layout,  component  seleｃtion  +  datasheet  review）  is  fit  for  purpose,  reliable  and  of  acceptable  quality

Typical  products  will  be  Bluetooth  speakers,  Powerbanks,  Ear-phones  and  other  similar  consumer  electronic  type  products. 

Use  the  knowledge  from  initial  product  sample  review  to  make  decision,  feedback  on  any  areas  of  concerns  and  assist  in  shortlisting  suppliers  who  would  be  used  to  manufacture  products  in  mass  production. 

Upon  supplier  shortlist,  conduct  onsite  supplier  audits  /assessments  to  ensure  that  suppliers  have  the  capability  to  manufacture  the  products  in  a  reliable,  safe  and  consistent  manner  meeting  design  and  quality  expectations.

Review,  develop  &  improve  where  necessary  incoming,  outgoing  &  reliability  testing  /  inspection  protocols  （used  for  both  product  validation  and  QC  inspection）  to  ensure  that  products  are  fully  tested  prior  to  product  shipment

Support  the  buying  and  purchasing  team  through  the  development  and  manufacturing  process  to  ensure  that  no  issues  arise  during  production.  When  issues  do  arise  work  with  the  supplier  to  resolve  any  issues  and  communicate  with  the  project  team  where  necessary.

Work  with  suppliers  on  site  to  de-bug  any  electrical  issues  identified  either  during  development,  production  or  as  a  result  of  customer  returns.  The  de-bugging  of  issues  may  require  in  depth  electrical  fault  finding  and  explaining  your  findings  to  the  supplier  to  acknowledge  the  issues  identified.

Ensure  that  robust  QC  checks  exits  in  the  factory  to  ensure  that  no  issues  arise  at  the  end  of  production.

Oversee,  monitor  and  conduct  ongoing  QC  checks  during  pre-  production  and  mass  production  to  ensure  that  all  products  produced  are  of  acceptable  quality

Carry  out  on  site,  face  to  face  meeting  with  suppliers  with  or  without  support  from  the  HK  teams  as  required.

Work  and  Co-operate  with  any  3rd  party  test  labs  （in  partnership  with  the  supplier）  to  ensure  that  all  products  are  fully  compliant  with  relevant  standards  &  review  test  reports  as  required  .  Where  issues  exist  work  to  resolve  these  with  the  supplier  and  the  3rd  party  lab.

Support  and  provide  training  to  BA  QC  team  on  carrying  inspections  during  production.    Review  defects  with  factories  management,  identity  root  causes  of  defect  found

Job  requirements: 
1. College  education,  solid  professional  knowledge,  English  CET-4  and  above； 
2. Extensive  experience  in  taking  electrical  &  electronic  products  from  product  development  into  mass  production
3. Working  during  product  development  stages  to  evaluate,  debug  and  identify  issues  prior  to  production
4. Development  of  outgoing  inspection  specifications  to  guarantee  the  outing  quality  of  items  produced.
5. Hands  on  approach  to  problem  solving  and  working  with  suppliers  to  quickly  identify  root  causes  and  implementing  actions  to  prevent  re-occurrence.
6. Good  sound  knowledge  of  electronics  and  familiar  with  relevant  EN  electrical  standards.
7. Ability  to  understand  electronic  schematic  diagrams,  PCB  layouts  and  have  experience  in  debugging,  identifying  &  resolving  issues  at  both  component  and  design  level.
8. Previous  Electronic  （Min.  5  years）  &  project  management  experience  and  good  internal  &  external  communication  skills
