Position: Mechanical Engineer

Requirements

Bachelors Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years experience.
Experience in mechanical design and development audio and gaming products
Proficient in using AutoCad, Pro/Engineer wildfire 4 or above as well as design principles for plastic and metal part.
Experience in running FEA would be a plus
Has a good working knowledge of plastic injection and mold structure.
Can review and determine the technical and manufacturing capabilities of contract manufacturers.
Has the ability to work independently. Good team player.
Hands on experience in prototyping of mechanical parts
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities

Acts as Mechanical engineer for Audio/gaming products
Detail mechanical and process design by using Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD for 2D drawings
Support CM for mechanical design solutions from concept to detail engineering design up to mass production
Responsible for engineering design, evaluation & debugging by using CAE and prototyping
Conducts analysis of engineering design to meet product and manufacturing requirements；
Communicates with CMs on technical details from part to product level and ensure deliverables in each development phases
Provides engineering support to tooling, design verification and manufacturing and participates in root cause analysis and problem solving process of design related issues.
