岗位职责:
1.Manage all functions of MQA including SQE/IQC, IPQC/OBA, Customer QA and guide to ensure the team lead of each section can deliver and achieve their KPIs;
2.Develop quality system;
3.Manage suppliers’ quality performances and continuous improvement programs;
4.Manage the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) completion before MP;
5.Responsible in leading the team to sustain and improve product’s quality performance through periodic review and validation of improvement actions;
6.Ensure customer requirements on product quality are met;
7.Take care of customer complaint and product quality issue according to 8D.
任职资格:
1.University Bachelor degree;
2.10 years of QA experience at least;
3.Apple customer service experience is better to have;
4.Voluble English must with communication capability, to report and discuss the quality report with foreign customer independently.
