岗位职责:
1. parts  recognition  countersign
2. Parts  tolerance  feasibility  evaluation
3. Propulsion  of  existing  parts  sharing
4. Help  assist  the  manufacturers  to  improve  or  coordinate  both  sides  to  a  mutual  balance  when  products  were  bad.
5. Cost  analysis,  special  process  such  as  CNC/containing  leaching/surface  treatment  and  so  on）
6. Confirm  the  manufacturer’s  production  range/material  specifications/existing  production  capacity  of  advantages  and  disadvantages.
7. New  vendor  evaluation.
8. Confirm  and  push  improve  vendor  service  capacity  （response  speed/regular  delivery/sample  preparation  ability/new  technology  development  ability）.
9. Summarize  and  make  a  part  production  technology  teaching  file,  provide  internal  technical  support  and  training. 
任职资格:
1.  5  or  more  years  of  loudspeaker  development  experience.
2.  Degree  in  Physics,  Electrical  Engineering,  Electromechanical  Engineering  or  Acoustics  or  extensive  high  level  experience.
3.  Excellent  communication  skills  and  teamwork  in  a  dynamic  project  environment.
4.  Able  to  work  under  pressure  environment.
5.  Strong  problem  solving  skill  &  Work  as  independent.
6.  Analysis  material  cost.
