We  are  looking  for  a  highly  experienced  Senior  Program  Manager，  who  will  be  leading  multifunctional  team  for  the  success  of  projects.  Ensure  the  development  of  new  products  on-time,  on-budget  and  on-quality,  own  overall  project  responsibility.

As  a  Senior  Program  Manager,  you  will  mainly  be  responsible  for  the  following:

- Facilitate  all  program  communication  between  external  supplier  project  team  and  internal  development  team,  coordinate  cross  functional  team  activity  directly  related  to  assigned  projects

- Lead  and  drive  supplier  activity  as  it  relates  to  stated  projects  from  request  for  quotation,  through  development,  to  initial  mass  production  and  1st  shipment  made

- Track  specific  program  schedules,  costs,  and  resource  allocation.  Maintain  tracking  process  for  program  costs,  timing,  and  results.

- Manage  weekly  issue  review  and  status  report  meetings.  Report  progress  and  raise  issues  with  proposed  solutions  to  management  at  regular  intervals  for  the  assigned  programs

- Manage  all  team  members  involved  in  assigned  programs  towards  program  completion
管理所有参与分配项目的团队成员，确保项目的完成

- Monitor  program  build  issues  onsite,  provide  guidance  and  coordinate  root  cause  analysis  and  corrective  action  plans  with  suppliers
监控项目现场生产问题，提供有效引导，与供应商协调根本原因分析和纠正措施计划

- Manage  project  documentation  including  stage  gate  documents,  RFQ  package,  development  review  files,  checklists,  program  schedule,  build  snag  list,  review  program  related  quality  documents  and  validation  plans  by  working  with  the  cross  functional  team.  Maintain  the  project  documentation  system. 
与跨职能团队合作，管理项目文档，包括关卡文件、报价询盘包、开发评估文件、检查表、项目进度、生产问题清单、评估与项目相关的质量文档和验证计划。维护项目文档系统

- Assist  with  service  or  replacement  parts  setup,  drive  replacement  parts  quote  with  manufacturing  partner

- Lead  program  lessons-learned  activities  at  the  end  of  each  assigned  program.

- Work  with  cross  functional  team  and  leading  suppliers  to  eｘecute  ECO

- Other  related  program  duties  assigned  from  management  may  be  required  to  perform

- Rich  experience  in  audio  product  development  &  manufacturing  in  China

- Previous  work  experience  as  a  Program  Manager  or  equivalent  in  the  audio  speaker  industry  for  at  least  10  years

- Demonstrated  ability  to  create  effective  project  plans，Excellent  PM  skills  on  planning,  reporting,  presenting  and  decision  making
