Position:  Project  Engineer  （Electronic  background）
Responsibilities:
?  Carry  out  feasibility  study  and  development  throughout  ES/EP/PP/MP  of  electronic  audio  products
?  Draft  and  lead  contract  manufacturers  to  follow  design  requirements,  component  specifications,  product  specifications
?  Coordinate  with  OEM  to  ensure  deliverables  release  in  each  stages  including  schematic,  layout,  debug,  system  testing  and  verification…etc.
?  Reviewing/validating  the  manufacturing  process  and  report  any  quality  or  non-acceptable  practices  back  to  team
?  Review  of  OEM  in  daily  base  and  to  help  resolve  if  any  defects  that  come  up.
?  Following  up  multiple  projects.  Part  supplier  and  CM  communications  and  sourcing  will  be  included  in  required  functions.
?  Interacts  as  needed  with  internal  teams  and  external  teams.
?  Frequently  travelling  to  CM  is  required
Required  Education  and  Experience
?  Bachelor  degree  in  Electronics/Electrical  engineering
?  >3  years  experience  in  design,  testing,  and  manufacturing  of  consumer  electronics.
?  Fluent  in  written  and  spoken  English,  good  command  of  spoken  Mandarin
?  Knowledgeable  in  audio  quality  standards  and  acoustic  performance  will  be  an  advantage
?  Knowledgeable  in  material  component  costs  and  product  cost  evaluation  will  be  an  advantage
?  Experience  in  Bluetooth  and/or  any  2.4GHz/5.8GHz  wireless  products
?  Experience  in  designing  hardware,  and  having  EMC/EMI/Safety/CCC  knowledge.
?  Strong  in  analytical  and  problem  solving  skills  and  strong  ability  to  adapt  changes
?  Experience  in  project  management,  product  planning,  liaison  with  the  US,  Asian  team  members  and  vendors  in  handling  new  product  development
